As of October 6th, Cameo and JTones orders received through September 22nd have shipped. Orders received on and since September 23rd and received by midnight September 30th will ship this coming week with deliveries beginning on October 13th. This is an estimate, not a prediction since we cannot foresee problems before they happen.
Orders with Aunt Martha products are shipping this week and next week. The remaining orders are about 21 business days behind in shipping out but most have already been shipped. IF you placed orders for Aunt Martha patterns (or other items on back order - *see noted paragraph below) that are not yet received, we will contact you upon shipment. Of course, you can request a refund from us - anytime before shipment by email, phone, or fax instead. * Note: We WERE working through a shortage of basic Cameo colors but this shortage is now over and all outstanding orders have been shipped or are being shipped as stated above. The Painting Hoop, M300 Tip Cleaner/Solvent, and patterns 3995, 3996, 3997, 3998 are still on back-order. Tea towels (all sizes) are also on back order at this time due to a sudden spurt in sales of those.

IF YOU PURCHASED ONLINE WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT: Check your PayPal account and the original transaction in your listings for shipment info on your order. All will posted by end of business, Wednesday, October 8th. IF your order was shipped and you do not receive it by October 11th, please contact your local post office for a package from FPC International. They may have left you a pick up notice and it got lost or put into the wrong mailbox. Please check with them BEFORE contacting us.
IF you paid directly by credit or debit card (through PayPal cart system): Check your email for your shipment confirmation from the PayPal system. IF your order was shipped and you do not receive them by October 11th, please contact your local post office for a package from FPC International. They may have left you a pick up notice and it got lost or put into the wrong mailbox. Please check with them BEFORE contacting us.
IF your order (made by September 22nd) was placed by MAIL, PHONE, or FAX and not received by October 11th, please contact us: 1-308-874-3333 (noon to midnight MST) and we will track it or confirm it for you. Please note that orders sent by First Class Mail will take longer and the US Postal Service requires a wait of one month for delivery before packages can be claimed lost.
7 inch painting hoops are completely sold out AND new hoops cannot be made! This means that any currently on back order, may be refunded or substituted. Please be patient in the meantime.
Ten inch Hoops are still on back order! However, we do have other substitutes available in the meantime. The C658 Sandpaper Blotters work VERY well, can be cut to size, and cost you less to keep up with. They are more reusable, can be used with an ordinary clipboard, and work on all fabrics even better by preventing the fabric from wiggling away from the ballpoint tip as you paint.
Unfortunately, we cannot rush shippers once they have your package. However, we do everything humanly and legally possible to ship your order as soon as possible. Settlement of your payment is required before shipment. This includes checks and direct card payments and takes one week or more.

*Small domestic USA orders (under $50 USD) are mailed by First Class mail where possible and all others by US Priority Mail. International orders go by Air Parcel Post unless Global Priority is more appropriate (under 4 lbs). All US Cameo Orders went out by US Mail (most by Priority) and Simply Spray US orders went out for delivery by Parcel Post.

Please note that we try to process and ship every order within one week of receiving the order and within a couple of days of processing order payment, but you still need to allow time for delivery by carriers. If you do not receive your order within 4 weeks of ordering, please [contact us] so we can check for a lost shipment or apprise you of back-orders and back-ordered items (there is no automated notification system for back-orders at this time).
Most domestic USA orders are shipped by US Mail; with orders over $50 USD going by Priority Mail. Orders weighing over 7 pounds, go by DHL Ground unless you ask for other shipping. For these heavier packages, we find that DHL is usually one day quicker than using other carriers, for most of our customers. Orders for delivery outside of the USA are normally shipped by US Mail Air Parcel Post.
