For creating fine lines, perfect dots, and details like whiskers, eyelashes, fur strokes, and general outlining.  Adds that final touch.  Easy-to-use. To use: With plunger all the way into syringe, just place tip into Cameo paint bottle (with top off) and load some paint in by retracting the plunger.  A small amount will go far but excess is easily returned to the bottle, of course.  Now replace top on bottle, wipe syringe tip off, and use tool like a paint or pen (at 90 degree angle) and add your lines. Paint will automatically flow out due to a capillary-type of action once the paint touches the fabric.  Wipe tip off frequently while using.  If flow slows, just place your thumb on the top of the plunger.  Just the weight of your thumb will increase flow. When finished with the loaded color, return any leftover paint to its bottle then rinse tool parts in cool water and dry for next use.  Can be used over and over.  Now you do not have to worry about fine line pens drying out and buying lots of colors of the pens unless you are more comfortable with using the pens.
